Getting Ready for Delivery
To ensure a smooth and safe delivery of your stock tank pool (with optional heater and filter),
please review and prepare the following:
Delivery Requirements
1. Site Access
Clear path to the installation area (minimum width equal to the tank diameter).
No low-hanging branches, sharp turns, or steep inclines that could obstruct delivery.
Driveway or street access that accommodates the above vehicle and trailer.
2. Foundation Requirements
Flat, level surface such as compacted gravel, concrete pad, pavers, or reinforced decking.
Surface must support the full weight of the pool when filled with water and people.
3. Power Source (for Heater & Filter)
Access to a GFCI-protected outdoor electrical outlet:
Please note that the plug for the Poolex Filter Pro is a bulky RCD Plug which offers greater safety but needs better coverage from rain.
The Filter and Cooler/Heaters come with European 2 pin plugs, we will supply an adapter but please think about weatherproofing around these plugs/sockets.
4. Water Access
Nearby garden hose hookup or water source for filling the tank.
Consider a plan for draining the pool, such as a slope or hose outlet to a suitable drainage area.
5. Weather & Space Conditions
Delivery may be rescheduled for inclement weather (rain, mud, snow, etc.).
Ensure there's adequate working space around the tank for setup (at least 2–3 feet clearance).
6. Customer Responsibilities
Be present at time of delivery or provide access instructions.
Ensure pets, children, and obstacles are kept clear of the setup area.
