Getting Ready for Delivery

To ensure a smooth and safe delivery of your stock tank pool (with optional heater and filter),

please review and prepare the following:

Delivery Requirements

  • 1. Site Access

    • Clear path to the installation area (minimum width equal to the tank diameter).

    • No low-hanging branches, sharp turns, or steep inclines that could obstruct delivery.

    • Driveway or street access that accommodates the above vehicle and trailer.

    2. Foundation Requirements

    • Flat, level surface such as compacted gravel, concrete pad, pavers, or reinforced decking.

    • Surface must support the full weight of the pool when filled with water and people.

    3. Power Source (for Heater & Filter)

    • Access to a GFCI-protected outdoor electrical outlet:

    • Please note that the plug for the Poolex Filter Pro is a bulky RCD Plug which offers greater safety but needs better coverage from rain.

    • The Filter and Cooler/Heaters come with European 2 pin plugs, we will supply an adapter but please think about weatherproofing around these plugs/sockets.

    4. Water Access

    • Nearby garden hose hookup or water source for filling the tank.

    • Consider a plan for draining the pool, such as a slope or hose outlet to a suitable drainage area.

    5. Weather & Space Conditions

    • Delivery may be rescheduled for inclement weather (rain, mud, snow, etc.).

    • Ensure there's adequate working space around the tank for setup (at least 2–3 feet clearance).

    6. Customer Responsibilities

    • Be present at time of delivery or provide access instructions.

    • Ensure pets, children, and obstacles are kept clear of the setup area.
